Meet the Team

Christiane has been a member of our surgical team since February of 2020. She ensures that our patients feel at ease as they prepare for examination and treatment, assists with procedures and helps patients and their families throughout the recovery process. All of our assistants are well trained in the postoperative process, enabling them to give detailed postoperative instructions as well as detailed answers to any questions that may arise. Outside of work, Christiane enjoys traveling with her friends.

Kayci has been a member of our surgical team since the beginning of 2021. She ensures that our patients feel at ease as they prepare for examination and treatment, assists with procedures and helps patients and their families throughout the recovery process. While not at work she enjoys gardening, crafting, and listening to classic rock! She also has a Saint Bernard, a cat and a guinea pig. 

 

 

Abigail has been a member of our surgical team since 2023. She ensures that our patients feel at ease as they prepare for examination and treatment, assists with procedures and helps patients and their families throughout the recovery process.

Meredith, our patient care coordinator, has been with Winchester Oral Surgery Center since May of 2018. Meredith oversees the patient service department, and her top priority is making sure our patients are well taken care of by our team while ensuring an excellent patient/provider experience. Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband, kids, and dog. She enjoys staying busy, but when it comes to time off, you can find her on the beach.

Katie, our Implant Coordinator, was a member of our surgical team for over a year before becoming our Implant Coordinator. Before joining us in 2017, she worked in the dental field for about 7 years. Having experience on the clinical side of things is a huge benefit and is why Katie is such a valuable member of our team. She is originally from Front Royal and enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.

 

Kaneisha, our Referral and Marketing Relations Coordinator, is often referred to as “the face of the office.” She has spent the years she’s been with our team ensuring a seamless and connected experience for all referring offices. She takes pride in providing timely, accurate information and resources that help create a smooth transition for patients and providers alike. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her husband and staying active as a proud dance, soccer, and cheer mom! When she’s not cheering her kids on, she enjoys reading and pursuing her education in Business Administration.

 

Taylor Funkhouser is a Patient Service Representative who joined our team in September of 2021. Taylor is known for her caring nature, reliability, and strong multitasking abilities. Her calm and professional demeanor ensures patients receive attentive support and clear communication every step of the way. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending her time outdoors with her 2 little girls and her family.

 

Marina is a Patient Service Representative who has been with the team since May 2023. Specializing in phone communications, Marina brings reliability, charisma, and compassion to every patient interaction. Her professional yet warm approach ensures that patients feel heard, supported, and cared for from their very first call. Outside of office hours, she enjoys painting and spending time with her family.

 

Brynn joined our team in August of 2024 but has been working in the dental field for over 17 years. She is positive and friendly and seeks to provide excellent patient-centered care through her strong communication skills. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family and her cute puppy dog.

 

Kiera is a dedicated Patient Service Representative who joined the team in February 2024. With a professional and approachable demeanor, she plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients. Kiera is cross-trained in surgical assisting, front desk check-in, and phone communications, allowing her to support both clinical and administrative needs with care. Her versatility and commitment to patient service make her a valuable part of the team. During non work hours, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.

 

Gloria is a Patient Service Representative who joined Winchester Oral Surgery Center in May of 2024. As a bilingual front desk specialist, she ensures every patient feels welcomed and well-supported from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. Her professionalism and warm smile make her an extremely valuable part of our team. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, traveling (especially to the beach), and spending time with her husband and kids.

 

Reonna joined the team in May of 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in Media Production from Norfolk State University but is enthusiastic about expanding her skills and learning more about the world of Oral Surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with her favorite T.V. shows, playing mobile games, and spending quality time with her family.

Sarah, one of our Insurance Specialists, started with Winchester Oral Surgery Center in May of 2025. Born and raised in Harrisonburg, Virginia, she is a proud graduate of James Madison University. With a deep appreciation for creativity and the outdoors, she spends her free time sewing, baking, and exploring nature. She shares many of these adventures with her husband and her Labrador, who never misses a chance to dive into water or tag along on a new trail.

 

 

Kamryn is an Insurance Specialist who joined the team in May of 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from James Madison University. With a creative background and a strong attention to detail, she brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to her work. She finds fulfillment in working closely with patients, making sure each one has a positive and comfortable experience. Outside of work, Kamryn enjoys baking and spending quality time with her family and beloved pets—two cats, Nemo and Dory, and her two sweet dogs.
