Important Information Regarding COVID-19

As always, your health and safety is our top priority at Winchester Oral Surgery Center. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, we want to assure you that we are taking significant precautionary measures and adhering to recommendations from the CDC, VDH and VDA, as well as continuing to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization.
If any team members experience any flu-like symptoms, or any sickness in general, they are required to stay home.

To minimize potential exposures, we are only seeing patients that need emergency care at this time. If this applies to you, please call our office to speak to a staff member. 

If you are scheduled in the next 4 weeks (to April 24th) and are not experiencing an emergency, someone from our office will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment. Please check your email, voicemail, or missed calls and give us a call back to reschedule or to confirm you have an emergency (you are experiencing throbbing, swelling, pain or redness). 

For Patients Coming In For An Appointment: 

To respect social distancing, we are asking that you CALL or TEXT our office at 540-504-7300 once you have parked for your appointment.

A team member will then let you know when we are ready for you to come in to start your treatment.

We ask that all patients over the age of 18 come in to the appointment alone and have family members wait in their vehicles. Any children should be accompanied by only one parent or legal guardian.
