We welcome you to our website and practice our doctors and staff are committed to making your experience as smooth as possible.

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Coviello, Dr. Starley and Dr. Waise manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Drs. Coviello, Starley and Waise practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from cosmetic facial surgery to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. They can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures.

The staff at Winchester Oral Surgery Center are trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. The vital sign monitoring goes above and beyond the Virginia Board requirements, and includes the use of end-tidal carbon dioxide sensors and Bluetooth precordial stethoscope utilization. They also provide oral sedation with pills and elixirs, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and deep sedation / general anesthesia.
